I can hold it for about five breaths, then my legs start shaking. Am I doing it wrong?

Questions about community
Do lesson questions cost anything?
No. Questions under each lesson come with every course. Switch them on in the Community tab and publish.
Is the $50 per course?
No. It's a one-time payment that unlocks the Community page for every course on your account, including ones you make later.
Who can post?
Anyone logged in to your course. Students choose a first name to post with, and their email is never shown to other students.
How do I know when someone asks a question?
You get an email for each new question, and the Unanswered filter in your Community tab shows anything still waiting for a reply.
Can I remove a post?
Yes. Delete any post from your Community tab, and pin the ones you want everyone to see first.
