Set up your brand
On your dashboard, open Brand and add your business name, support email, logo, colours and fonts. Every course uses them, so you only do this once. It's the first step of Get set up on Home.
Create the course
Open Courses and click New course. Want to see a finished one first? Click Try an example course: it adds a filled-in course you can explore, publish or delete.
Details
Give your course its title and a one-line description, then click Save & continue to lessons.
Lessons
Click Add a module for each part of your course, and Add a lesson inside it. Open a lesson to write it in the editor, which shows it exactly as students will see it. Add a video, images, tips in content boxes and buttons to your worksheets.
Adding videosSales page
Pick a design, then fill in each section: the preview on the right updates as you type, and clicking any part of it opens that section. Set your course price in Price & buy button.
Publish
Work through the four steps on the Publish tab:
- Choose a course password, at least 8 characters. Students open the course with their email and this password.
- Get paid: connect Stripe for Course Mark checkout, or use a Stripe Payment Link.
- Pick your web address, like coursemark.co/your-course. Choose carefully: changing it later breaks links you've already shared.
- Review and publish.
After you publish
- Share your sales page link. Buyers pay at checkout, and get the course link and password by email straight away, with a receipt.
- Your course isn't a live copy of the builder: each time you change something, click Publish changes. A bar across the top tells you when there are changes that aren't live yet.
- Buyers show up on the course's Students tab, with their progress.
Good to know
- Everything saves as you work. The label at the top of the course says Saved once your latest change is safe in your account.
- You can leave and come back any time, on any device. Log in with the same email.
- Get set up on your dashboard's Home keeps track of what's left: brand, first course, Stripe, publishing and your shop.
