Ask us
In the builder, click Help, choose Something else, and tell us the new email. Or email support@coursemark.co from your current one.
We move everything
Your courses, brand, students, sales, shop and custom domain all move to the new email.
Log in with the new email
Once we've let you know it's done, log in with the new email. Login links go there from then on.
Close your account
Ask us the same way, any time. We delete your courses, brand and drafts, take your published courses offline and remove your shop and custom domain. Records of past sales are kept.
- Before you close it, save a backup of each course and download your student spreadsheets, if you'd like to keep them.
- Changed your mind about Course Mark soon after buying it? Email us within 14 days of buying it for a full refund.
